Reflecting on My Goals

My first goal is to complete the weekly activities and ultimately the entire course.  My second goal, prompted largely by the course requirements, is to start and sustain my blog.”

These two goals are important to me because it is representative of what I want to achieve viz. better insight into Yoga; and the confidence to go public with a blog – something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time but lack the confidence to do so.  Thus far, I am on track regarding both these goals.  For now, I do not want to change these goals in anyway.  Completing the weekly activities is giving me that insight I sought and, although I’m still learning about blogging, going public with on via the YogaMOOC appears to have opened up a new world for me.  I did find it interesting that from the blogging goals other goals related to it are emerging – like wanting to increase the blog audience.  I believe that these goals are in many ways aligned to my values which makes it all that more easy to pursue.
